Naked Guns, Trigger Press, and Fighting Fitness…

We introduce you to a number of new dedicated segments throughout Season 6 Episode 01.

During “Beyond the Band Aid” Paul discusses heat related illnesses and the importance of hydration, including what many refer to as, “the unknown heat illness.”

In our “To Bear Arms” feature we consider the dangers of carrying “naked” guns.

Out at the range Professor Paul will lead us through our new “Rifleman 101” course. This week the topic is trigger press.

Jarrad “Lil Fedor” Markel has a brand new segment for you called “Fighting Fitness” where he wants you to think about your goals.

Lastly, we were happy to visit with some of our friends from the 4H Shooting Sports organization.

Jarrad accepted a special gift on behalf of the entire SOTG crew and also sat down with both active and graduate members of the 4H program to discuss their experiences.

Student of the Gun; a beginner once, a student for life.

Being a Student of the Gun is not about being a novice or beginner. Student of the Gun represents a life’s journey of education, enlightenment, and the enjoyment of firearms.

Each episode will introduce the viewer to new and interesting firearms as well as the latest gear to go with them.

We will travel throughout the United States seeking the advice and expertise of the best firearms trainers available.

Sometimes deadly serious, sometimes just for fun, Student of the Gun will always strive to educate and entertain their viewers while offering them an insider’s look at the world of firearms.
