Trans Student Attacks Girl in School & Do We Have Moral People?

Finally, a teenage “trans student” lunatic with a history of violence attacked a Middle School girl and the attack was recorded for all to see. What was the reaction of the school to this disgusting attack?

Do we have “moral and virtuous people” in the United States? Is it possible to have a functioning Constitutional Republic minus morality? We will consider what the founders had to say on the subject.
