Nearly two years since it was introduced, the gun community is still debating with itself over the validity of the “stabilizing brace” for rifle caliber pistols. The BATFE has not helped matters either through the issue contradictory statements regarding the simple rubber gun part.

Interesting discussion on smoking (any any other hazardous activities one may not like). I agree that an individual should be able to do whatever they want. But then I should be able to make decisions to not help such individuals. A conundrum exists and I don’t know how to solve it. For example, say I wish to donate blood, BUT I want to make sure that that blood is not wasted on criminals, junkies, smokers, podcast hosts (j/k), etc. There is no mechanism for that. Another example would be insurance. I don’t want to be paying into a plan (medical, dental, life, automobile, etc.) that also insures, for example, gun owners (also j/k).
