In a less than a shocking move, the Ninth Circuit Court has sided with the State against the People of Kalifornia. One might ask is a Right infringed in a Right denied or if the work “right” is simply a shortened form of the phrase “government sanctioned privilege.”

We have more insanity from the Great White North. Professor Paul poses the question, “Who speaks for the dead?” Apparently in Canada, the answer is, no one.
