Yet another ATF ‘ruling’ and ‘ban’ of an item that was legal yesterday but will be illegal tomorrow, was announced on Friday 2/13/15. The NRA ILA was one of the first to break the story that this Federal bureaucracy intends to “ban” the sale of M855, better known as “Green Tip” 5.56mm ammunition.
