911 to Victim: Ask Your Rapist to Leave

The 911 system is designed to get help moving in your direction. What do you do if help is slow in coming or not available? An Oregon woman was assaulted and raped in her home after the 911 operator told her no officers were available and she should ask the attacker to leave.
