SOTG 179 – Forces Aligned Against You

“Outraged” citizens in Ferguson, Missouri were paid protesters, or at least, protester who were promised money for their “community activism.” Nanny Bloomberg, George Soros, et al.; forces are at work to disarm and enslave you. What are you doing about it?

What to eat after workout: Protein. Whole foods (chicken, lean beef, turkey, eggs). Remember, a good benchmark is 1 gram of protein for every lb of muscle on your body. Also add fast-absorbing carbs like sugar (they help transport protein and amino acids to your muscles faster). 33-50% protein to carbs, and fat to 1/10 or lower.

From www.citynews.ca:

On January 19, 2013, a 27-year-old mother of two young children was fatally stabbed and set on fire, left to die in the street near Weston Road and Eglinton Avenue West.

Just 36 days earlier, Bridget Takyi told police in a taped interview that she feared for life after she was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend, Emmanuel Owusu-Ansah.

Owusu-Ansah now stands accused of first-degree murder in her death. He’s pleaded not-guilty.

He claims he had the knife and can of gasoline because he planned to slash her tires and torch her car. Instead, he claimed she stabbed him during a confrontation, after which his mind went blank.

He was out on bail and ordered to stay away from her at the time.

Under cross examination the Crown said: “You stabbed her in the car, that’s why there is blood in there. You chased her. She was running for her life. You stabbed and hacked at her 25 times.”

The accused simply responded: “I have no memory of what happened.”

A chilling police tape shown in court revealed Takyi’s worst fears after Owusu-Ansah was charged with assaulting her.

“He said ‘You called the cops on me…and when I do come back I will kill you. This is not the end. I’m coming back. I’m coming back for you,’ ” she nervously told police.

When the investigators ask her if she takes the threats seriously, she responds: “I don’t feel safe at all. I’m scared. I take this very serious…this is not a joke.”

Six weeks later, she was horrifically killed.

Closing arguments in the trial begin on Monday.
