Carbon County, Wyoming – Student of the Gun and SB Tactical celebrated the defeat of the unconstitutional overreach from the BATFE by giving away a brand new model SBA5 Brace from SB Tactical.

Both parties would like to congratulate Don G. who was the lucky winner of the new SBA5 Pistol Stabilizing Brace. Don was a member of the LIVE audience during episode 1,246 of Student of the Gun Radio and was chosen at random from active listeners. You, too, can be an active live listener by joining the Official SOTG Server on Discord.

A Texas Judge ruled in favor of the complainant and all the people of the United States by vacating/nullifying the unconstitutional BATFE Pistol Brace Rule which attempted to classify rifle caliber pistols as Class 3 / NFA items.

From Shooting News Weekly:

Judge O’Connor granted the plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment  . . .

For the reasons set out above, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment on the grounds that the Final Rule violated the APA’s procedural requirements because it was arbitrary and capricious and was not a logical outgrowth of the Proposed Rule; DENIES Defendants’ Cross Motion for Summary Judgment; DENIES Plaintiffs’ request for a permanent injunction; and VACATES the Final Rule.
