The SOTG guys are back in Texas to continue their helicopter hog hunting adventure with Mike and the top-flight crew from Vertex Aviation.

We put down a number of those two-hundred pound ‘rats’ and spared the lives of several fawns by reducing the coyote population.

Always dedicated students, Paul and Jarrad attended the Fighting Rifle course taught by our fellow patriots at Tactical Response.

Our home defense shotguns were put to the test at shooting camp this summer. We engaged the help of our favorite gun-golfers and used the Kel-Tec KSG to bust hostile orange clays.

In the ‘cool hardware’ department, we take a close look the Havoc 37mm launcher from Spike’s Tactical.

Paul G. Markel has worn many hats during his lifetime. He has been a U.S. Marine, Police Officer, Professional Bodyguard, and Small Arms and Tactics Instructor.
