What does it take to build a team? Teamwork is not something that just happens on its own or by accident. The Professor will dedicate a good portion of today’s show to the concept of building a team from four like-minded individuals.

We have some feel good music for you to lift your spirits, as well as our Fighting Fitness segment from SWAT Fuel. Jarrad and Paul will consider the spirit being willing but the flesh being weak.

Finally, during the Brownell’s Bullet Points segment, Paul will address sorting the practical from the impractical. How do you know what gadgets and accessories are useful and which ones are a waste of money?
