On July 1st, 2013, Mississippi officially becomes an Open Carry state as well as a Shall-Issue CCW state.  We focus on the pro’s and con’s of Open Carry of firearms from both a practical and a tactical point of view, to include your responsibilities as an armed citizen.   Professor Paul follows up on the continuing saga of the Colorado State Senate.  You won’t believe what so-to-be former Senate President John Morse has done now.

Paul G. Markel has worn many hats during his lifetime. He has been a U.S. Marine, Police Officer, Professional Bodyguard, and Small Arms and Tactics Instructor. Mr. Markel has been writing professionally for law enforcement and firearms periodicals for nearly twenty years with hundreds and hundreds of articles in print.
