SOTG 086 Pt. 2 – Gun Ownership is a Privilege not a Right

It is no surprise to anyone who has been paying attention, but Gov. Moonbeam has just signed bills in Kalifornia essentially declaring gun ownership to be a privilege granted by the state and not an absolute right. New laws grant state officials the authority to seize private property without due process of law and to use records of gun sales to track gun owners.
