I want to add some info here ? you was talking about medical enter but the hospital at Logan Utah is a med school on Univ of Utah Campus. As everything else I agree you are pot on with carrying should be allowed. Having lived in the lived in Utah for years there is a lot of mental people in that area. not all but there is a lot of people in that area.
Keep up your good work as and word a calling it black when it is.
