My reason for being pro abortion and anti death penalty is not a lack of courage but rather a lack of confidence in the courts to find the correct verdict. If I witness a criminal kill someone, I have no problem with a cop or me shooting the criminal dead.
Also, abortion is not a punishment for something bad the fetus did. It is a way to stop unwanted children/people in the overpopulated world.

That makes zero sense. So you’re worried about the criminal possibly being innocent? Newsflash: the baby being killed is absolutely 100% without a doubt innocent.
I agree that abortion is not a punishment for something bad the fetus did, though. It is a punishment applied to the baby for an irresponsible act the parents committed. That is like killing an innocent person for the acts of a criminal (your initial concern).
Dave, I agree with you on abortion but not the death penalty. Historically the odds of an innocent person being executed are smaller than that of being struck by lightning.

Sorry Bill, but it is too easy for a corrupt government to start killing people that don’t toe the party line AND make it “lawful” through guilty verdicts in a sham court.
To me, bread and water and hard labor is a preferable punishment than the death penalty.
How about this Jarrad, if a woman chooses to have an abortion, she gets spayed as a punishment. Obviously not applicable if raped.
