LOVE your energy, your info and your commentary so I thought I would add to it a bit. As one of those guys who might actually have a bit of liability in a traumatic assistance situation what the Good Samaritan law states in all 50 states clearly is that a citizen can NOT be sued for coming to the aid of another person as long as what they do has been taught to them (and not some “I saw it on TV” type description) and they did the service without compensation or expectation of compensation. So in short as long as someone takes your class and or say a Red Cross CPR class or Heart Association first responder class and does what was taught to them even if the outcome is negative or they didn’t quite do it correctly they are protected from any and all exposure. The issue comes when someone like me (a licensed doctor) shows up to the incident and then takes the person to the ED for help and the ED charges for my services. In that case The Good Samaritan Act is violated and I am possibly suable. But lets face it the law is designed so that some help is better then no help. Keep up the great site, radio, videos etc. Self defense like healthcare is never learned it is only practiced. Dr Dave
